Key Services were engaged to complete the mechanical redevelopment of the Chifley Plaza Mall.

The works included Basement Level 1, Lower Ground Floor, Upper Ground Floor, Vacant and Occupied Tenancies and Level 1 Back of House Storage Areas. The works generally comprised of the replacement of the existing water cooled packaged unit air conditioning systems serving the Chifley Plaza retail areas with new chilled water fan coil unit air conditioning systems, connected to the existing Chifley Tower chilled water plant. The project was successfully completed within six (6) months.
