Tenancy fit-out and back to base building works spanning over three floors, consisting of complete demolition of all existing mechanical services and reinstating of new.

The installation comprised of five new CHW AHU’s per floor complete with a new tenant supplementary condenser water and outside air system. Each floor was completed within 10 weeks.
