The new fit out included a chilled water refrigeration plant comprising of a new air cooled chiller and associated pipe work and controls.

Chilled water fan coil units, air cooled CRAC unit serving the main server room complete with control valves, isolating valves and test pressure/temperature points. Installation of gas fired hot water boilers complete with pumps, insulated pipe work, control valves and sealed expansion vessel.
